When I was asked to come to the Riverside Tax Office by the Deputy Tax manager, little did I know that I would land as a hero. But this acknowledgment was not to sit on my head before I lived some deal of ordeal.   I never actually believed getting a small job done by state and local authorities could widen over many agonizing hours as I somehow used to think getting work done there was just about a case of “Much Ado about Nothing!” On getting a call from the local Tax Office of Riverside asking me to arrive and collect my Tax refund cheque, barely I had an idea that it would be burdensome to get it collected even though they themselves had asked me to stop by and pick it up.   For my readers, I am reconstructing the incident here – On reaching their office on Monday morning, I get to view there is a huge line of persons, all waiting to get their cheque in their hand!! I knew I had a long wait in before me.   My turn did at last come, after a tough two and a half hours, only to comprehend that I would have to wait for some more time as the bathroom tap of the office washroom had become loose and declined to prevent the water flow. Because of this, floor was getting wet with water. Wow!!
