so my husband and I are getting our own place ( finally ) and i need some advice please help our living room: mocha brown sofa and recliner with black end tables and coffee table would that look ok? the carpet is a white with like speckles of brown in it? is it too much please as much advice as i can get will help thanks so much!!!

Don’t make anything too dark. It won’t look right. Try lighter coffee tables. And add accent pieces to it (paintings or accesories) that are a different color from your chosen palette. It’ll add interest to your space. go to hgtv.com to see for yourself what I mean. I hope that helped!
